TRIAD IDOL Reunion
Rules and Agreement

Official Contest Rules

1. Participants must have been crowned a Triad Idol, runner-up, or audience favorite in a previous TRIAD IDOL competition (from 2005 through 2011).

2. Participants will compete in one of two age groups: 18 and under or 19 and over.
3. A participant who is under the age of 18 as of October 23, 2011, must have a parent sign his/her TRIAD IDOL Reunion Participant Form before performing.
4. Decisions of judges are final. Questioning a judge’s decision will result in immediate expulsion from the competition.
5. Only participants are allowed backstage during performances.
6. For Minors: If participant is a minor, parents may not accompany child backstage for the performance.

Official TRIAD IDOL Reunion Participant Agreement
The participant named on a properly signed TRIAD IDOL Reunion Participant Form (hereafter known as "Participant") and the Community Theatre of Greensboro ("CTG") and other sponsors (hereafter known as "Organizers") agree to the following terms with respect to the TRIAD IDOL Reunion:


1. The Organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
2. If the Participant is under the age of 18 as of October 23, 2011, he/she must have the TRIAD IDOL Reunion Participant Form signed by a parent or guardian.
3. Incorrect information on the TRIAD IDOL Participant Form or on any other form furnished to the Organizers in connection with the TRIAD IDOL Reunion will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during, or after the TRIAD IDOL Reunion on October 23, 2011.
4. The Participant will conduct him/herself courteously and professionally throughout the TRIAD IDOL Reunion.
5. The schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the Organizers.
6. The Organizers are not responsible for non-completion/non-occurrence of the TRIAD IDOL Reunion.
7. Any Participant who fails to strictly comply with the TRIAD IDOL Reunion Participant Agreement or any other rules established by the Organizers, or who fails to appear as required, shall be disqualified.
8. The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the Participant on account of Participant’s participation in the TRIAD IDOL Reunion. The Participant will participate at his/her own risk and will have no claim against the Organizers in any regard.
9. In the event of any dispute, the Organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the Participant. The panel of judges’ decisions will be final.
10. The Organizers make no guarantees that participation in the TRIAD IDOL Reunion will result in the Participant being selected to participate in any show or event, record any music, or in any other way have an amateur or professional performing career.
11. Participant’s image, likeness, and voice may be used in promotional material and television and radio broadcasts as well as in any other medium (including the Web) that the Organizers deem appropriate during the period during which the TRIAD IDOL Reunion takes place, and for one year after the completion of the TRIAD IDOL Reunion.
